VANILLA CUPCAKES ~~ siapa yang teruja.....pastinya Akid. Suka sangat dengan cupcake. Dari proses mula membuat sampai ke akhir tak sabar² nak makan dan sibuk sangat² nak membantu....having fun jugak dengan gelagat Akid dan pastinya suasana dapur bingit dengan leteran ummi....heehee. Dapat rasa yang belum bakar pun dah puas hati sangat anak ku yang sorang ni....buat ni pun sepesel untuk Akid.
Simple, senang dan harum jer ketika proses membakar, yang pastinya mengelodakkan perut ku yang kosong....maklum le puasa so dapat amek bau jer sipi²....kalau sedut abis....batal lak pose....heehee....so bau sipi² jer tau...!
Bahan-bahannya :-
1 1/2 sticks / 175gm butter
3/4 - 1 cup / 175gm sugar - kite guna 3/4 cup sahaja
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs - beaten
11/2 cups / 175gm self-raising flour
For Buttercream :-
75gm butter
1 1/3 cups / 175gm confectioners ising sugar - kite guna 1 cup pun dah manis sangat so next kena kurangkan lagi.
Few drops vanilla extract
Method :-
- Cream the butter and sugar in the mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the vanilla. Gradually beat in the eggs, beating well.
- Sift in the flour and gently fold into the mixture until combined.
- Spoon into the paper cases and bake for 20 minutes until golden and risen
- Leave in the tins for 5 minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool.
For ButterCream :-
- Beat butter in a bowl until soft. Sift the confectioners icing sugar and beat well. Stir in the vanila.
- Spoon into piping bag. Pipe a whirl onto each cake.
